The product was good at first but after a few uses I found the material is easily damaged and parts of it are cut

Quality and size are perfect i love it

To be very honest, I find the quality of the bag distant from what I expected, the zipper is not that smooth, the material itself is not as I expected, rough and seems not so durable to me. Not trying to be offensive or anything at all. I actually don’t use it unfortunately because I feel that it doesn’t look or feel as I wished it to be. I suggest you can maybe work a bit on producing more durable , soft like bags that would function in a more smooth way. Thanks for asking about the feedback.
