Super helpful, entertaining and enjoyable to do. I usually get bored from to do lists, journals, etc; and writing usually feels overwhelming but this book made it so much easier for me with the designs, activities and simplicity. I felt it helps me slow down and validate myself. Thank you to however made it. Also it’s nice looking back and seeing what i wrote back then. Id love to do one each yr and see the difference in diff phases of life. It’s timeless and wholesome.
