EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

  • Free Exchanges and Refunds. We offer a 14-day exchange/refund policy, effective from the date you receive your item. (The first exchange or refund request for an order is free of charge. For any subsequent requests for the same order, additional shipping and processing fees may apply.)

ORDER INSPECTION

  • Upon delivery, you are welcome to perform a brief inspection while the courier is present. However, please note that partial acceptance is not permitted. You must either accept the entire order or reject it in its entirety.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at once so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Certain items, such as custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders), cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the return eligibility of a specific item.

 

Policy for Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. This differs from our standard 14-day policy for regular-priced items. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
